I spent the weekend like many people, baking sweets for the holiday gatherings. I used one of may favorite gadgets, the apple-peeler-corer-slicer I got from Pampered Chef several years ago. It's made making apple pies fun and so much quicker. I also decided to add cranberries to the pie because I am loving cranberries this year. I'm throwing them into various recipies, and I really like them in the apple pie.
