We had a photo shoot at the Mt. Washington Hotel for "New Hampshire Magazine's BRIDE" upcoming fall issue a few weeks ago. I went up the night before the shoot and this is the view from my room #267. Although it was cloudy most of the time, the views were still spectacular. Just relaxing on the veranda was a treat (that was before the photo shoot of course). We shot all day Monday, with photographer Jay Philbrick, in various rooms of the hotel. It's for a pictorial spread on vintage wedding dresses.

Mt. Washington hotel and mountain range

Awesome, Wendy. Did you happen to know the hotel is haunted? Wondered if you heard or saw anything strange. The group TAPS has a gathering there to try to contact the ghost that they advertised last year. I wanted to join them but it was way too expensive for me at the time.
ReplyDeleteI did hear the rumors that it's haunted but no "ladies in white" other than our models were seen.
