Went to the blues festival in Thornton up near Waterville Valley on Saturday. Candye Kane is a wonderful blues singer that I saw for the first time about 15 years ago in RI. She's still fantastic, and belted out some woeful blues in spite of the 90+ degree heat! The location was in a field surrounded by mountains and forests. Eventually the heat drove us out of there before dark. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon.

White Mountain Blues Festival
